Warranty Coverage Overview
Product warranty coverage varies from 0 days up to 20 years depending on specific product categories and manufacturer tiers. Please check your specific project agreement document at the time of order or your physical warranty card.
Plywood used by Inner Design comes with a 5-year warranty against borer or termite attack on the plywood when used under regular indoor residential conditions. Any other issues or environmental mishandling will not be accepted for this warranty.
Terms & Conditions of Warranty
The warranty is applicable only to modular furniture fabricated and installed directly by Inner Design which specifically carries the official warranty endorsement.
A valid proof of purchase (original tax invoice) or manufacturer warranty card must be presented to register and avail the warranty.
Upon approval of a warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product of value not higher than the purchase price. Due to batch differences in laminate, veneer, or hardware, replaced panels may exhibit natural variations.
In the event that repair or alteration work has been conducted without explicit authorization from Inner Design, the product’s warranty coverage is automatically void.
All warrantied hardware items carry a warranty card from the respective brand manufacturer (e.g. Blum, Hafele). Warranty applies only to specific parts and not to the entire assembled carcass.
Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable, and benefit only the original registered purchaser of the property.
What is Not Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
The warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from any of the following circumstances:
• Furniture stored or assembled incorrectly, abused, altered, misused, or cleaned with abrasive chemical agents or excess moisture.
• Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, cuts, impact marks, or unintended abnormal usage.
• Products placed in damp, damp-affected, or humid outdoor environments (unless certified exterior grade).
• Hardware & Decorative Elements: Standard hinges, channels, screws, lights, quartz, granite, false ceilings, fixing work, paint, glass, mirrors, bathroom sliders, and electrical fixtures do not fall under the carpentry warranty.
• Natural fading of color shades over extended exposure to sunlight or UV rays.
• Wall surface dampness, seepage, or fungus/algae growth in areas adjoining the woodwork.
• Electrical short circuits, tripping, voltage fluctuations, or faulty power sockets.
• Water supply quality issues, scale deposition, or plumbing mishandling by third-party plumbers.
• Act of God, earthquakes, flooding, vandalism, or customer negligence.
• Decision of Inner Design's Quality Control assessment team on warranty validity is final and binding.
After Sales Service Support
After-sales service support will be provided if an inspection identifies issues originating from factory manufacturing defects.
• Glass, mirror, external handles, rusting, and accidental user damages are excluded from free after-sales coverage.
