Pricing & Estimation Principles
Proposal Validity: Quoted prices are applicable for this proposal only; any subsequent modifications to scope or layout may result in a change of prices.
The quoted rates are an estimate based on current design concepts and standard sizes. Designs are liable to change until the final sign-off of the design phase.
Depending on the exact actual measurements verified on the physical site, final itemized prices may change accordingly.
Deep Cleaning & Site Protection
Deep Cleaning Post-Handover:
Deep cleaning for your home post-handover can be provided by Inner Design at an extra cost as below:
Protective Floor Covering & Site Logistics:
• Floor Covering: Floor covering of your existing flat will be charged extra at TK 10 per SFT. This will be done by default by Inner Design and added to your bill at the time of going to production as per actual site measurements to safeguard tiles/marble.
• Service Lift & Uplifting: If the building service lift isn’t operational, manual uplifting charges of TK 10,000 will be applicable till the 5th floor. Beyond the 5th floor, additional charges per floor count will be applicable.
• Wall Touch-up: During the time of on-site woodwork installation, internal walls may experience minor scuffs or abrasions. For optimal finish, clients should arrange one final coat of wall painting after completion of all joinery.
Materials, Finishes & Hardware
• Painting and light suggestions will only be provided if you book the respective execution services with us.
• High Quality photorealistic 3D Render services can be provided by Inner Design at an agreed extra cost.
• Any premium lamination beyond the base price of TK 2,000 / sheet will be charged extra.
• Soft-close hinges & channels will be charged extra as per selected hardware grade (e.g. Blum, Hafele, Hettich).
• Extra accessories, Carcass tops, spotlights, electrical materials, and point shifting will be charged as per actual BOQ.
• Specialized finishes including PVC Sheet, Natural Veneer, Digital Lamination, Lacquer Glass, and Acrylic Sheet will be charged extra as per actual market rates.
• Aluminum profile handles, profile glass shutters, extra drawers, and pull-out baskets will be charged extra as per actual configuration.
• Rates may differ for individual custom units based on structural complexity and dimensions.
Services Provided at Extra Cost
The following civil, mechanical, electrical, and decorative works are not included in standard modular joinery estimates and will be billed separately:

* Inner Design reserves a 15-working-day contingency buffer time for unconditional and unforeseen technical situations.
* Inner Design will not be responsible for any delay in project implementation due to third-party vendors or reasons beyond its reasonable control.
