Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your project within 3 days after paying the booking amount (10% of project value), Inner Design will offer a full refund of the booking amount.

Cancellation of the project is possible during the design phase, but Inner Design will not refund or return any amount paid till date.

This accounts for the professional architectural hours, 3D visualizations, material selections, and floor plan drafts developed by our senior design studio team.

Because each item is custom made to order in our joinery and modular factory according to precise site measurements, Inner Design cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items once the final order is placed into production.
